Levi, Ray & Shoup
“AMH approached me speculatively to offer their support with our new office project and I am very pleased they did! I was immediately impressed by their attitude and approach, the personal touch is never far away, AMH demonstrated a real desire to work with me and to build trust.
By the time we were ready to sign the contract there was no doubt in my mind that AMH were the right partner.
Of course the proof would be in the build, a job in which they excelled. All promises were delivered, communication was prompt and crystal clear and everything ran to deadline, despite lots of chopping and changing. The aftercare is ongoing and AMH remain very much reassuringly present. We now have a nice new office to be proud of for many years to come.”
Levi, Ray, & Shoup’s mission is to deliver outstanding information technology solutions, products, and services to their customers around the world. As a result, their workspace values respect for others, hard work, honesty, initiative, and achievement – admirable objectives we can absolutely relate to! With their lease coming to an end, they had a choice: to stay and downsize in their current workspace or explore other environments for their people. We were more than happy to help them evaluate their office and find a solution. We’d need to keep their hybrid working models and reach in mind. Now the big question– to relocate, or redesign?
We got to work, meeting with Operations Director Marc Holton to discuss their challenges and aspirations. It was fantastic to see our alignment on shared values and goals. Through space utilisation exercises, employee engagement activities and the discovery of existing floors in their current building, we had trust and mutual enthusiasm, and the solution became clear: Levi, Ray & Shoup would benefit from a new office space. The project became a CAT B tenant 5000sqft relocation, with our support from start to finish. LRS were able to find a new office nearby at St James House, and along the way, we’d collaborate with the new landlord and their contractor as they were splitting the office. We’d also keep the real estate agent engaged as they were helping Marc secure the new office’s lease. Weekly meetings involving the landlord, their contractor, the landlord’s asset manager, the real estate agent, LRS and our team kept communication flowing and everyone on the same page.
Fully informed, we knew how to make LRS’ new workspace work harder. Defining requirements for meeting rooms, acoustics, and AV solutions allowed us to take care of their needs and design dynamic, vibrant, sunlit spaces with branding, all with a professionally welcoming atmosphere. Reusing furniture through audits and understanding the new space naturally led to cost savings. We fulfilled our shared environmental responsibility without compromising LRS’ operational needs or cutting-edge solutions. It’s safe to say this project showcases why no one should underestimate the strength of communication, coordination and expertise! Marc’s engagement and commitment from the moment he saw the concept have been invaluable, and we wish the team success in their new office that aligns with their mission. As for us, we look forward to showcasing our services across Cheltenham in the future!
