To develop relationships with current and new roles, create awareness of AMH Projects and promote who we are + what we can do, whilst drinking lots of coffee.

Experience:
20 years’ experience within sales, business development + customer service. I take a friendly, no hassle approach + provide the service I would expect. With this comes a relationship, good reputation + repeat business.

The worst person to get a call from:
A new takeaway driver saying they were lost after waiting hangrily for over an hour.

Key Role:
Keep all the plates spinning. I make sure the good ship AMH is sailing on an even keel + ensure our client and supplier relationships are kept in tip top fashion

Experience:
35 years (I know I don’t look old enough) in financial services + compliance. Because of this, relationship building + customer service are the reasons I love my job at AMH

With over 10 years of Project Management experience delivering a wide range of commercial fit-out projects across the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa, I am an accomplished project manager + skilled leader delivering exceptional results.

I help project managers stay on top of things by handling admin, schedules, and client/contractor chaos – while also managing office operations and health & safety.

Experience:
After nearly a decade in estate agency, I felt it was time for a new chapter. Joining AMH marks the start of a journey that allows me to unlock my creativity and grow in a whole new way.

Dumbest injury story:
Had a horse fall on me – lost my memory for 24 hours. Don’t ask how, I still don’t remember.

Tea, Coffee, or something stronger?
Caramel iced latte all day, every day, please!

I pick up the plates Clare drops + throw them back across the office at her, whilst keeping Martyn’s blood pressure low + our Designers smiling.

Experience:
Over 17 years’ experience in the Office Refurbishment world, a variety of roles from Researcher to Project Development + Management. I love the progression from a sometimes-uninspiring office to first class workplace

My happy place is:
On my canal boat, in the middle of nowhere, with a beer in hand + a BBQ warming up.

Least favourite beer:
Carling

Key Role:
Greeting visitors when they come in to see us, she will happily sit on your lap and entertain you with any of her tricks.

Experience:
Buddy has been a valued part of the team since the beginning and has a passion to ensure the AMH culture can be felt day in day out. Oh and she also loves cheese!
