920 Aztec West
The communal lobby area at 920 Aztec West was an uninspiring place. JLL wanted it to undergo a transformation to provide the building with more of an identity and create an enjoyable space for its tenants.
Our goal was to make the grand wall of the atrium the main feature, its full height reaching 10m. We replaced the existing dull red wall with a geometric digital wallpaper. The new colour scheme injects life in to the space which is continued throughout the building, enjoyable at all floors. Large drum pendants were installed at various heights and in a variety of colours to compliment the feature wall whilst also creating an impact that can be seen from the inside and outside of the building. We introduced an informal break out area with soft furnishings encouraging tenants to make the most of the refurbished space.
A simple linear manifestation design was installed to the glass atrium. This provides a degree of privacy to the tenant board in the space. The design also helps to diffuse the strong natural light that’s very bright in the space when the sun is shining!
