Amid the dynamic shift to a hybrid working model, Brandon Trust embarked on a mission to optimise their office space while embracing flexibility and agility. Insights from our comprehensive workshops and workspace experience questionnaires revealed an energetic and adaptable approach that resonated strongly with the team.


Working closely with the project team, we prioritized a hot desking solution that still instilled a sense of belonging and identity reflective of Brandon’s core values. The newly transformed office space now boasts vibrant colours that not only represent the brand but also embody the vibrant spirit of the individuals who inhabit it daily. In our nonprofit-centric approach, we remained mindful of budget constraints, ensuring that every investment provided excellent value for money without compromising on quality.


The result is an enhanced, highly productive workspace tailored to support both the team and the clients who frequent the facilities. Our design seamlessly integrates quiet rooms for focused work alongside open-plan collaborative spaces, offering a versatile range of environments for everyone. Brandon Trust has chosen to adopt a “test and learn approach,” allowing them to immerse themselves in the space, gaining a deeper understanding and confidence in the direction they wish to progress.
