HomeLets desired to change its customer experience through a new cosy client facing front office. The project requirement was to complete all refurbishment works outside of normal office hours to continue with routine business.
To create that cosy atmosphere we completely altered the previous layout. We installed new single curved desks with solid oak angular legs. The Scandinavian style furniture provided the crossover scheme of domestic and commercial. The copper pendant lights provided warm colour to it, creating a modern and alternative feeling. To hide the existing uneven wall, 3D wall panels brought a three-dimensional perspective through the length of the space, creating a wow factor upon entry to the building. The use of the client’s strong brand guidelines provided a vibrant colour palette to use throughout the design.
The challenge of this refurbishment was to fit every trade needed into a tight time frame in order to ensure the anticipated project completion schedule of 3 weekends could be achieved.
