Following collaboration with Brightperal’s concept designer, AMH Projects were appointed as Principal Contractor and Designer to the software company. We partnered with Brightpearl to relocate the office and teams within the thriving tech centred city of Bristol.
With office occupation levels set to rise, and the inclusion of hybrid working, the key driver of the project was to ensure clearly defined, purposeful areas for collaboration. Due to nature of the business a key element of this office needed to include effective acoustic solutions in and around meeting and working spaces where noise transfer needed to be kept at a minimum.
Our detailed design team provided a turnkey solution that manages expectations of all stakeholders. Our project and contract managers mitigated risk and financial exposure through concise and clear communication and co-ordination. AMH Projects identified value engineered options, which also saved time through detailed management of the supply chain and schedules of work. Our agile approach meant easy adaption to changes on site and to support our clients ongoing and changing needs.
The completion of the build was delivered successfully on time and on budget, providing the client with a multi-functional working space and a welcoming destination for both colleagues and clients to return to post-pandemic. The look and feel of the new office provides a fresh, eye-catching and practical workplace fit for the future. With soft furnishings and acoustic panelling punctuate the space helping to manage sound transfer and privacy where confidentially is required.
