To align with an organisational rebrand, 3P Learning’s workspace needed updating to support their new identity and culture – reinvigorating their brand and inspiring their people.
Transforming an occupied workspace that was perceived to be full, the design created breathing space and improved flow using intuitive layouts and intelligent use of colour. This injected vibrant newness to their existing space. By optimising the layout, additional informal meeting spaces and ‘Skype pods’ were included to improve the support of the team’s business activities. A great mixture of posture choices allowing both comfortable sitting for lunch and informal standing areas for general chit-chat over coffee and ad hoc meetings.
Keeping the business fully functional whilst the refurbishment works were being carried out was key to the project’s success, meaning the majority of the programme of works were carried out outside of normal working hours. The impact of the ‘big reveal’ was really important to the team at 3P Learning and so the works were scheduled so that the wow factor was revealed after the third and final weekend of works.
